How to Get a Trusted Verified Badge
The Trusted Verified Badge is awarded to sellers and service providers who meet ENM’s verification and performance requirements.
For Products
To qualify for the Trusted Verified Badge, a seller must:
- Provide a product sample to the ENM team for evaluation.
- ENM will evaluate the product and publish an honest review and score on the ENM website.
- Successfully complete at least 10 product deliveries.
- Receive at least 5 genuine 5-star reviews from verified customers.
- Maintain a good record with no serious customer complaints or fraudulent activity.
For Services
To qualify for the Trusted Verified Badge, a service provider must:
- Attend an online verification meeting with the ENM team and explain their services.
- Successfully complete at least 10 service orders/projects.
- Maintain a strong and verifiable portfolio.
- Receive at least 5 genuine 5-star reviews from verified customers.
- Maintain a good record with no serious customer complaints or fraudulent activity.
Badge Validity & Renewal
- The Trusted Verified Badge is valid for 6 months.
- After 6 months, the seller or service provider must go through the renewal process to keep the badge.
- ENM may review the provider’s recent performance, customer reviews, complaints, and overall activity before renewing the badge.
Badge Removal & Account Suspension
- If a seller or service provider receives 5 verified customer complaints, the Trusted Verified Badge will be removed.
- ENM may investigate complaints before removing the badge to prevent false or unfair reports.
- If fraudulent activity is detected and verified, the account may be permanently suspended from the platform.
Important: The Trusted Verified Badge represents verified performance and trustworthiness based on ENM’s stated criteria. It does not guarantee that every future transaction or service will be problem-free.
